6. Subscription and Billing

FormFlow offers various subscription plans, including a free tier with limited features. Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at the time of purchase.

6.2 Payment

By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fees. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in these Terms.

6.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. Your account will then revert to the free plan.

6.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our pricing. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price increase. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• AI field detection will be 100% accurate
• The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected

9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FormFlow and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms.

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on our website. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, for significant changes, by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Severability
